Shipping and Delivery in Europe
How much is the shipping price?
The prices for shipping in the European Union can vary from 20€ – 32€ and will be added to the price of your purchase. The packages will be delivered within about 5 – 7 business days
What about duties and taxes?
In the European Union, there are no duties and taxes. And for the United Kingdom and Norway, there will be an extra fee of 25€ for handling tax and duties.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been sent from us, we will email you with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally? World
Yes, we do! Contact us by mail or phone. Due to the more complicated rules for tax, and duties for shipping internationally. We prefer to deliver to countries in the European Union.
Is my artwork insured during transit?
Enric Mads Photography ensures full coverage for all shipments. We will replace or repair any damages that occur during transit from our production facility to the destination address listed on your order. We cannot insure shipments once they have been transported from the original delivery destination.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
Our packaging has been designed to minimize damage or breaking. If your package arrives damaged or broken, please contact us! We will happily replace it, but we’ll need a picture of the damage. Requests must be received within 14 days of delivery. We will pay for the cost of shipping the new product to you.
It is our full intention to handle your repair or replacement as soon as possible.
When will my order arrive?
Packages typically take 5-7 business days.
I am moving, can you arrange shipment to my new address?
We must be notified before the shipment leaving our facility for any address updates.
